Experienced Legal Secretary required for large London Practice specialising with international arbitration, general commercial litigation and ADR. Specialist practice areas include public and private international law, energy (oil, gas, electricity, natural resources and utilities), construction and engineering, IT*telecoms and media.
The role: 50 typing (attendance notes, long documents, correspondence, amendments etc.) Preparing papers in advance of meetings Extensive diary management Managing Partners e-mails in absence Arranging meetings, lunches, seminars, conferences etc. Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients Organising travel arrangements (worldwide) Answering and fielding calls, dealing with queries Producing PowerPoint presentations Filing (including printing and filing of e-mails) Time recording & Billing Administrative tasks including expenses
Experience required: Work-based competencies: 2 years secretarial experience 65 words per minute typing speed Advanced Word Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
